Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Weiselberg served for nine years as title officer and title counsel for a Brooklyn-based title company servicing New York transactions. Mr. Weiselberg has also had the opportunity to work per diem on real estate matters for Cleary Gottlieb Steen and Hamilton LLP, where he reviewed and opined on legal documents, and title matters relating to loan transactions involving major lenders on multi-billion dollar refinances.
