Mr. Golubtchik’s practice focuses on financing, acquisitions and sales, development, and leasing. Mr. Golubtchik regularly represents clients in a wide range of real estate matters, including preparation and negotiation of loan documents; leasing; real estate syndications; preparation and negotiation of partnership and management agreements; and the purchase and sale of commercial, multi-family, and industrial properties.
